    We kindly request that you provide our stylists with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you'll be charged the full price of the booked services.
